You can customize the general look of Nemp using skins. Currently, Nemp comes with four skins to choose from, which you can select via the menu Settings→Skins.

The first three skins "Dark", "Blue" and "Diablo" support the "advanced skin system". Here not only the main window and some controls on it are skinned differently, but the whole program, including the title bar and all other windows (e.g. the window for editing metadata or the settings dialog). The last skin "Classic" does not support this concept.

You can disable the advanced skin system via the menu if necessary, or of course use Nemp in the Windows default design.

You can edit these skins or add new ones. The skin system of Nemp is based on a series set of image files, a configuration file and optionally another style file. More about this on the following pages.
