Some elements can't be customized simply via image files - e.g. the scrollbars, the window frame and the menus. For this Delphi offers so-called VCL styles (VCL stands for Visual Component Library). A Nemp skin can use these style files to visually customize the rest of the main window and the other windows. This part can always be activated or deactivated in the menu via →Use advanced skinning.

This part of the Nemp skin is configured in the *.vsf file. To create or edit this VCL style you need the bitmap style designer from Embarcadero.
